Raw Material Preparation and Blank Forming

First, select suitable high-strength alloy steels such as 40Mn2 or 50Mn. These materials can ensure the load-bearing capacity and wear resistance of the carrier roller. Then, produce the blank through forging or casting processes. For forging, heat raw materials like square steel and forge them into the initial shape of the carrier roller body using equipment such as friction presses, which can improve material density and structural strength. Machining
